Small Group Coaching

Small Group Coaching is for 2-3 participants who have similar goals.  Group coaching enables participants to learn from each other’s knowledge and experiences.   

Month 1

• Initial 2-hour planning session
• Goal identification & prioritization
• Set timelines· Identify assignments

Month 2 and beyond

• One 1-hour meeting/month
• One 10-minute check-in call per participant
• Unlimited email access
